Frequently Asked Questions
Our disposable protective masks all meet European standard EN149, are designed for using in a low aerosol exposure environment. Our selected manufacturers all have ECM certificate and proofed test reports. Minimum filtering efficiency rate is 90%, higher than many civilian use masks.
Most of our masks are made in China. Some fashion masks are designed by our team in the UK and all fashion masks are manufactured by special selected high-quality garment factories.
Due to an on-going shortage of PPE for frontline workers in UK and Europe, for civilian daily use, we would not suggest KN95 or FFP1/2/3 masks to individual customers. If you need to wear a mask during aerosol-generating procedures or to prevent yourself from the release of exhaled respiratory particles, please select KN95 or FFP2/3 masks.
